Social Business Intelligence – It really does exist!
One of the most exciting features of our next generation Scorecard solution called INSIGHTS is its social collaboration features. You see, with our mobile business intelligence solution PUSHBI (www.pushbi.com), we built in a feature to allow individuals the ability to comment on a KPI if they had access to it. Well an interesting behavior occurred, people actually started using commentary for the first time and texting in their comments on a KPI. So we knew we had something here…
